Volunteer Day Sanctuary ‘t Wijland

On Sunday 23 July, several VSAs will be helping during a volunteer day at ‘t Wijland, an animal sanctuary, a home for former farm animals. Here, they have found a forever home. It’s located in Toldijk, Gelderland. You will get a chance to meet and spend time with the animals, have a look behind the scenes of a sanctuary, and help out around the terrain with several tasks.

Snacks and group chat for traveling together
VSA Netherlands will arrange sponsored snacks and make a group chat to travel together. It is a half an hour walk from nearest bus stop (Café Den Bremer, Toldijk, 3 km), but also biking distance (15 km) from the train station in Zutphen.

Lunch and travel costs
A wonderful vegan lunch is provided by ‘t Wijland, the travel costs are for your own account, bút if you have trouble with paying these, let us know in this form and we will try to make it more accessible for you.
