Vegetable pickling

Hey hey!
Ready to use those stored mason jars? Let’s get started together in the art of pickling vegetables! We’ll make two delicious recipes: red cabbage sauerkraut and spicy carrot kimchi. You’ll discover how easy it is to start pickling by yourself! I’ll share all the tips with you, and afterwards, we can share the progress of our fermentation (it takes about a week to be ready) via the VSA’s WhatsApp group!
Also, enjoy a snack of pickled red onions during the workshop!
Please bring your own jars. Any glass jar with a tight lid works.
